MEET OUR STAFF
The people who make New Creation feel like New Creation.
We're a small church, which means the folks on staff aren't distant names on a website, they're the ones who'll greet you, teach your kids, lead the music, and remember your name the second week. Here's who you'll meet.

KEITH GUNTER
PASTOR
Keith and his wife, Amy, moved to Hendersonville from Marietta, Georgia, in 2011 to plant New Creation Church. Since then, he's become deeply involved in the community, from coaching soccer to serving with local organizations. He loves helping people explore Scripture, ask meaningful questions, and discover how Jesus' teachings connect to everyday life.
Outside of church, you'll likely find Keith spending time with Amy and their three kids, enjoying the outdoors, or finding an excuse to meet someone for coffee. He's always up for a good conversation.

JOHN RADZIMANOWSKI

John joined the New Creation Church family in 2021 and is the Director of Children's and Youth Ministry. He and Carly have been married since 2010 and have three kids: Joel, Rowan and Kyan.
John is a big fan of Chicago and Nashville sports and an even bigger fan of playing and coaching volleyball.
While he doesn't like coffee, John Is all for getting a hot chocolate at a coffee shop and having a great conversation!

NATALIE COLEMAN
CHILDREN’S DIRECTOR & MINISTRY ASSISTANT
Natalie and her family joined New Creation in 2023, and she's been leading NCC Kids since 2025. Originally from East Tennessee and a proud Vanderbilt graduate, Natalie has called Hendersonville home since she and her husband, Jason, married in 2009. Together, they have a son, Avery.
Natalie loves digging into a good book, geeking out over the Bible, and having the kind of conversations where everyone walks away having learned something new. She's also always up for a cup of coffee or some quality time around a puzzle table.

ALLY LUBERA
MUSIC DIRECTOR

Along with leading worship, Ally helps with youth ministry, church communications, and events. She's also a singer-songwriter and music educator who performs around Nashville. When she's not making music, you'll probably find her rock climbing, hiking, making art, or spending time with her Great Pyrenees, Huckleberry.

Meet our New Creation Vision Team (elders)
Behind the scenes, a team of members, known in our Presbyterian tradition as Elders, helps steer the life and direction of our church. At NCC, we call this group the Vision Team, and they meet monthly to discuss and vote on church business. Vision Team members help plan and volunteer for different events and ministries in the church, and they pray and care for the church community.
